Terms of Service for Fadi Projects

The Site is provided to showcase completed and ongoing projects and to allow potential clients to learn about web development services offered by Fadi Projects.

• You may browse the portfolio and read information for your own personal use or to decide whether to request services.
• You may not copy, redistribute, resell, or publicly reuse the Site’s content (including text, images, designs, or code examples) without prior written permission.
• You agree not to use the Site in a way that could damage, disable, or interfere with its operation or with other users’ ability to access it.

Fadi Projects offers custom web development and design services, including building websites and frontend interfaces for individuals or businesses.

• Submitting a contact form, email, or social media message is an inquiry only and does not create a contract or obligation to provide services.
• Any actual project work will start only after both sides agree in writing (for example, via email or chat) on the project scope, price, timeline, and payment terms.

For each project, a quote or agreed price will be provided that describes the main deliverables, approximate timeline, and payment schedule.

• Payments are typically made via PayPal or another method agreed in writing. You are responsible for any PayPal fees, currency conversion charges, or other payment provider costs unless a different arrangement is agreed.
• In many cases, a deposit may be required before work begins, with the remaining balance due on delivery or in stages, as described in your specific agreement.
• Because websites and designs are custom digital work, deposits are normally non‑refundable once significant work has started. A partial or full refund may be considered only in special situations, depending on how much work has already been completed.

The Site, including its layout, logo, text, graphics, and showcased projects, is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

• Portfolio items, demo projects, and general Site content remain the property of Fadi Projects or the respective rights holders.
• For client work, ownership or license rights to the final deliverables will be defined in your specific project agreement and usually transfer to you after full payment, while allowing Fadi Projects to display non‑confidential work in the portfolio unless you request otherwise.

You are responsible for all information, text, images, and other materials you share when you make an inquiry or send project content.

• You agree not to send unlawful, abusive, defamatory, or confidential information without proper permission.
• You confirm that you have the rights or licenses needed for any materials (such as logos, images, or text) that you ask to include in your project.

Fadi Projects may communicate with you through email, Discord, Instagram, or other channels you choose to use.

• When you contact Fadi Projects on Discord or Instagram, your messages and profile are also governed by those platforms’ own terms and policies.
• Important project details and agreements are usually confirmed in writing (for example by email or chat logs) so both sides understand the scope and expectations.

The Site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available,” without any warranty of any kind, whether express or implied.

• No guarantee is given that the Site will always be error‑free, secure, or available without interruption.
• Any information provided on the Site about services or technologies is for general guidance only and should not be treated as professional or legal advice.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Fadi Projects is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from or related to your use of the Site or any services.

• Where liability cannot be fully excluded, it is limited to the total amount you paid for the specific service in the three (3) months immediately before the event that led to the claim.

The Site and services rely on third‑party providers such as hosting and email services, analytics tools, and PayPal for processing payments.

• These providers have their own terms and privacy policies, and they are responsible for how they operate their services.
• Fadi Projects is not responsible for any issues, losses, or damages caused by third‑party platforms, including PayPal’s user agreement and policies for sending and receiving payments.

These Terms may be updated from time to time to reflect changes in the Site, services offered, or legal requirements.

• When the Terms change, the “Effective date” at the top of this page will be updated. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
